Scope
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Provides office-based support to the New Mexico Air Team with a focus on regulatory compliance, data management, and reporting. Ensures adherence to air permit requirements and supports ongoing compliance initiatives.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supports air permitting and compliance activities, including tracking permit conditions and maintaining required documentation
• Assists with regulatory compliance efforts related to state and federal air quality requirements
• Performs data entry, tracking, and quality checks for AVO (Audio, Visual, Olfactory) observations and LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) reporting
• Prepares reports and maintains organized records using Excel, Word, and other office tools
• Coordinates with internal teams to support audits, reviews, and air-related programs
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of compliance data and reporting deliverables
• Provides administrative and technical support for environmental compliance initiatives
