We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician III to support electrical maintenance and isolation tasks (Lock Out Tag Out: LOTO) for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventative/corrective maintenance. This position reports to a supervisor or manager and requires the ability to guide junior staff and handle complex electrical problems.

- Candidates must be willing to work any of the 3 listed shifts.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Technician III to support electrical maintenance and isolation tasks (Lock Out Tag Out: LOTO) for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventative/corrective maintenance. This position reports to a supervisor or manager and requires the ability to guide junior staff and handle complex electrical problems.
- Support field electrical maintenance work for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance.
- Perform electrical isolation (LOTO) as needed.
- Provide guidance to lower-level technicians with complex issues.
- Assemble, test, and modify electrical machinery, control equipment, circuitry, and components according to engineering specifications in industrial or commercial plants and laboratories.
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions or failures; perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Record data and recommend modifications or replacements for failed equipment.
- Previous experience in a closely related position.
- Discipline-appropriate certification(s) or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong communication skills: ability to clearly describe field conditions and recommend solutions.
- Team-oriented; able to work effectively with individuals over whom you may not have direct authority.
- Ability to adapt to tight deadlines, heavy workloads, and changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Electrical HV Power Transmission and Distribution experience.
- Electrical Dispatch Operations experience.
- Familiarity with SCADA platforms (Ignition, Wonderware, GE HMI, etc.).
- Functional knowledge of SeeQ Analytics Software.
- Experience with Aspentech – Monarch and ABB Xenon SCADA software.
- Instrumentation, Controls & Electrical experience.
