Compensation
$65/hr + Agency Supplied Vehicle (½ Ton)

Scope
Support field electrical maintenance work and electrical isolation procedures (Lockout/Tagout – LOTO) for lighting, air conditioning, and motor maintenance. Plan and execute scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize production impact and maximize operational availability. This role typically reports to a supervisor.
Responsibilities
• Perform field electrical maintenance activities including LOTO procedures
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Work with vendors and subcontractors as required
• Ensure compliance with Management of Change (MOC) requirements for plant modifications
• Identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and process simplification
• Maintain high SSHE standards and demonstrate commitment to safety for self and others
• Utilize Observation Safety Techniques (OST) to report safe and unsafe acts
• Participate in responsible waste management practices
• Attend and participate in daily operations shift meetings
• Support electrical maintenance related to lighting, motors, and air conditioning systems
Skills & Qualifications
• Previous experience in a closely related electrical maintenance role, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
• Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License required
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and maintenance procedures
• Powerline / powerline build experience preferred
• Oilfield electrical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly report field conditions and recommend solutions
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to assist others
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
