Scope
MAIN FUNCTIONS
Supervise and coordinate wellwork operations with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and execution. Ensure all field activities comply with company standards, well control requirements, and HSE policies while supporting production optimization through well interventions and artificial lift support.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enforce strict adherence to safety standards including PCE testing, HSE policies, and H2S protocols
• Maintain valid well control certifications and ensure compliance across all wellwork operations
• Supervise field crews and coordinate daily well intervention activities
• Work closely with Production Technicians, Lease Operators, Foremen, and Engineering teams
• Monitor well conditions including tension/weight, pressures, and overall wellhead control
• Execute and review wellwork procedures to ensure safe and effective operations
• Support installation and maintenance of artificial lift systems including gas lift and plunger systems
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities, well conditions, and job performance
• Understand facility flow paths and battery systems to support production operations
• Travel to remote locations and perform duties in various weather conditions
• Ensure equipment readiness and proper maintenance of tools and work sites
• Maintain a clean and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policies
Comments
• 2–5 years of slickline field experience required
• Strong knowledge of downhole tools and well intervention techniques
• Experience hanging gas lift valves, installing bumper springs, and plunger assemblies preferred
• Background in lease operations and production environments strongly preferred
