Scope
Main Functions
Supervises personnel and may coordinate contractors to deliver safe, reliable, and profitable operations in assigned operating units including fields, plants, manufacturing, terminaling, pipelines, warehousing, and offices. Demonstrates Operations and Maintenance leadership skills along with strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse teams.

Tasks and Responsibilities
- Ensure all personnel meet applicable Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) requirements
- Oversee contractor work activities to ensure compliance with Company expectations and contractual obligations
- Ensure compliance with Company management systems including OIMS, CIMS, GPQMS, and GPIMS
- Maintain compliance with corporate, regulatory, and operational standards
- Drive operational reliability, cost-effective performance, and product movement efficiency
- Manage budgets, identify efficiencies, and prioritize operational commitments
- Coordinate personnel deployment and field operational activities
- Plan and optimize field/plant assets, manpower utilization, and logistics
- Oversee emergency response planning and execution
- Support customer requirements where applicable
- May manage labor relations and community relations activities
- May supervise Turnaround (TA) and Start Up teams
- Ensure compliance with contractual and operational standards within assigned responsibility areas
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, decision-making, and risk management skills
- Experience with SSHE management, operations and maintenance, critical operations, and maintenance planning
- Knowledge of operations technology, console operations, process planning, and maintenance coordination
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Prior experience in a related operations leadership role required
- Broad understanding of design standards, specifications, codes, and safety criteria
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Notes
- Strong operations supervision and contractor management background will be heavily preferred
- Exxon-style OIMS and operational integrity experience is highly relevant for this position
