• Implement daily work objectives including housekeeping, safety, health, environmental, and security standards
• Actively participate in daily toolbox talks and scheduled safety meetings
• Perform continuous surveillance of wells and equipment; identify and execute corrective and optimization actions
• Function as Equipment Care Technician and perform basic maintenance activities
• Report alarms, emergencies, or any out-of-service emergency shutdown systems
• Provide clear and accurate shift handover communication to ensure operational continuity
• Coordinate, control, and monitor maintenance activities (corrective, predictive, preventive)
• Maintain detailed logbook entries of operational events, abnormalities, and deviations
• Collect product samples and perform field laboratory testing
• Participate in emergency response activities
• Report incidents and escalate per Incident Reporting Guidelines
• Maintain communication with Operations Shift Supervisor regarding all operational activities
• Ensure effective communication across the team to address operational issues
• Report well performance data including production rates and operating conditions
• Perform thorough well diagnostics prior to requesting Wellwork intervention
• Ensure wellhead and surface equipment are operational prior to intervention activities
• Support Wellwork operations as required

• Secondary education completed; prior experience as a Field Technician required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High commitment to Safety, Health, and Environmental standards
• Understanding of pipeline operations
• Familiarity with safety and operations management systems
• Knowledge of Emergency Preparedness Procedures
• Understanding of project philosophy and design specifications
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and commercial agreements
