Job Title: Construction Coordinator III
Location: Alpine, Alaska
Schedule: 14 days on / 14 days off | 12-hour days
Position Overview
The Construction Coordinator III supports the Willow Civil Construction Program on the North Slope of Alaska. This role works closely with the Construction Supervisor and spends the majority of time in the field overseeing contractor activities, supporting safe execution, identifying issues, and helping drive progress across civil construction work fronts.
The position is part of a long-term, multi-year development involving roads, pads, bridges, and infrastructure in remote Arctic conditions.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day field oversight of civil construction activities
• Support safe execution of work and reinforce HSE expectations
• Monitor contractor performance and identify execution or SIMOPS issues
• Assist with implementation of construction plans and schedules
• Support coordination between contractors, operations, drilling, and completions
• Participate in field walkdowns, toolbox talks, and safety meetings
• Review permits, drawings, and contractor work plans
• Communicate field progress, issues, and improvement opportunities to supervision
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of civil or related construction experience
• Experience working with multiple contractors in the field
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction, or related field
• Experience working in Arctic or remote environments
• Prior construction supervision or coordinator experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
