Structural Welder

Job Title: Structural Welder
Location: Notrees, TX
Pay: $44/hr + $125 Per Diem
Schedule: 13/1's - Day or Night Shift availability required


Description:
RWDY is looking for experienced Structural Welders to work on the construction of a direct carbon capture plant. You will be responsible for welding, fitting, and installing steel and other metal components.

Responsibilities: 

•  Weld structural steel, including beams, columns, plates, and frames. 
•  Fit, align, bolt, and weld steel components. 
•  Read blueprints and welding instructions. 
•  Use welding machines, grinders, torches, and other tools. 
•  Grind, clean, and inspect completed welds. 
•  Cut and prepare steel as needed. 
•  Use rigging and cranes to position materials. 
•  Follow all project safety requirements. 
•  Perform other duties as assigned. 

Requirements:

•  Minimum 4 years of industrial construction or maintenance experience. 
•  Structural welding experience required. 
•  Must pass a welding test at Dynamic Labs or Acuren. 
•  Must pass a drug test and complete an audiogram. 
•  Must have required welding tools. 
•  Must be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces, potentially over 300 ft. 
•  Must be available for overtime, nights, and weekends. 
•  Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
