Job Title: Field Services Consultant
Location: Morgantown, WV
Schedule: Monday–Friday 40 hours/week
Pay Rate: $710-$830/day
Per Diem: $100/day

Scope

MAIN FUNCTIONS

Assist in overseeing construction and pad preparation activities for well locations. Support major location and lease road repairs, identify potential new locations for future wells, and coordinate with surveyors and environmental contractors during staking of new wells and pad expansions. Interface with land and environmental teams regarding prospective locations and assist with bidding construction and repair work.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee construction and pad preparation activities
  • Support major location and lease road repair projects
  • Identify and evaluate new well and pad expansion locations
  • Coordinate with surveyors and environmental contractors during staking activities
  • Communicate with Land and Environmental teams regarding potential new locations
  • Assist in bidding construction and repair work
  • Provide field-level coordination and oversight to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5–8 years of related work experience OR equivalent substitution of 9–12 years of experience in lieu of education
  • Completion of IADC RigPass, SafeLand, or approved equivalent orientation required
  • Strong field coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field environment

  • Hard hat required
  • Network access, email, laptop, and key card will be provided 
  • Role supports field-based construction and location development activities
