Scope
Provides regulatory planning, permitting, and compliance support for upstream oil and gas operations. This role supports environmental review, permitting processes, and regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Provide regulatory planning, permitting, and compliance support
  • Support administrative, data management, and regulatory workflows
  • Assist with environmental review and permitting at local, state, and federal levels
  • Prepare, submit, and track regulatory filings, notifications, and reports
  • Maintain regulatory databases, tracking tools, and document repositories
  • Ensure records are accurate, complete, and audit-ready
  • Support compliance with internal environmental and regulatory procedures
  • Coordinate collection and analysis of regulatory metrics
  • Support project execution to ensure permitting requirements are integrated and met
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of regulatory, permitting, or compliance experience in oil & gas
  • Experience with environmental and regulatory processes at multiple jurisdiction levels
  • Strong organizational and data management skills
  • Ability to work within established procedures and workflows
  • Ability to support multiple projects and deadlines
