- Negotiate contract pricing, terms, and conditions directly with suppliers while collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure lowest total system cost and appropriate mitigation of supply and legal risks.
- Execute Procure-to-Pay (PtP) processes in full compliance with the Sourcing & Acquisition Handbook and Controls Integrity Management System (CIMS) requirements.
- Utilize procurement processes and tools to ensure the most effective sourcing and purchasing methods.
- Maintain contract portfolios including scope updates, pricing changes, exhibits, and amendments.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure contract compliance and utilization.
- Improve transactional efficiency through procurement systems and tools.
- Identify cost savings and business value opportunities within the agreement portfolio.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
- Recommend and implement fit-for-risk process improvements.
- Support Category strategies and provide market intelligence to procurement networks.
