Main Functions
- Coordinate activities across departments and individuals
- Provide meeting support, scheduling, and calendar management
- Perform general administrative duties, including typing, filing, and answering phones
- Maintain records and documentation systems
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and office logistics
- Order and manage office supplies
- Sort and distribute mail
- Support special projects through data collection, reporting, and information analysis
- Compile, retrieve, and maintain operational information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and deadlines
- Strong recordkeeping and administrative support experience
- Ability to work independently with moderate direction
- Clean driving record required
- Must be willing to travel to Monahans for supply runs
- Exxon will provide a vehicle for any supply runs or errands, business use only
