Scope
Main Functions
Responsible for coordinating and supporting the delivery of materials and equipment by verifying orders, managing inventory, and arranging transportation. This role ensures accurate shipment processing, timely communication with stakeholders, and efficient logistics operations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Verify orders and inventory stock to ensure accurate shipments
  • Arrange transportation and coordinate delivery logistics
  • Match bills of lading with shipped items and reconcile quantities
  • Identify and document discrepancies in shipments
  • Track and communicate shipment status, availability, and delivery timelines
  • Respond to inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders
  • Anticipate delivery requirements and expedite orders as needed
  • Work with limited supervision while identifying operational issues and escalating when necessary
Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of logistics, inventory control, and transportation coordination
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
