Scope
Main Functions
  • Make routine checks on all well sites according to schedule and ensure locations are clean and properly maintained
  • Monitor production equipment including wellheads, separation vessels, compressors, generators, pumping units, and meters
  • Manage daily fluid production and analyze operational issues
  • Work closely with foreman, production techs, engineers, and other personnel to troubleshoot production and equipment issues
  • Operate and maintain artificial lift systems
  • Communicate regularly with production foreman, production techs, and relief operators
  • Perform all duties in accordance with Expand Energy Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines
Qualifications
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively with co-workers, contractors, and vendors
  • Ability to read and understand gauges, meters, and operating indicators
  • Mechanical aptitude with routine maintenance on production equipment including pressure regulators, dump valves, and level controllers
  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to follow standards and procedures
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable
Education Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Equivalent substitution of 4+ years of related work experience may be considered
Preferred Experience
  • 2+ years of lease operating experience
  • Familiarity with equipment flow and ability to walk/trace production lines
  • Experience with artificial lift systems including:
    • Rod Lift
    • Plunger Lift
    • Gas Lift
    • Jet Pump
  • Experience in high-pressure oil & gas operations and H2S environments
  • Familiarity with Cygnet SCADA systems
  • Completion of IADC RigPass, SafeLand, or approved equivalent orientation
Notes / Requirements
  • Contractor responsible for truck and fuel costs
  • 1/2-ton truck required; 3/4-ton preferred
  • Contractor must provide:
